Hey there! I'm a calisthenics trainer with a deep-rooted love for movement and connection. My journey began on the tennis courts, where I started playing at the age of 3 and competed until I was 15.

Our bodies are the gateway to wonders when we learn how to use them properly and become aware of the power they can generate to transform our lives. Ever since I was a child I’ve had a fascination for motion. Connecting people through sports has always been important to me, which can take the form of practicing and coaching, discovering new techniques or giving new life to traditional ones.

The ability to improve the environment positively around me is a precious gift that I share with the ones in my surroundings. We are mirrors, ever reflecting and projecting to each other what we are and want to become. This insight comes with the practice of mindfulness.

Receptivity and creativity are part of my daily routine. Receptivity to me means the capacity to listen to others and recognize and understand their needs. Creativity is an inner approach; it is how I look at things and acknowledge that there is a lesson to be learned for all who are involved in a situation.

A good command of our bodies should be our birthright. I had the opportunity to learn directly from my environment and family, the love for nature and to be engaged with practices that create more harmony to the whole! During my adolescence in Ireland, I developed a deeper love for motion and the Magic of sports came into my life and it felt like swimming in an ever-flowing river of new opportunities leading me to flow with them and find my way in Amsterdam.

Reflecting on my daily life I see the healthy choices I’ve made during these times we are living in. Mindfulness together with meditation made me even more aware of the positive and powerful impact we can bring to the work we do when there is clarity of mind.

My multicultural background taught me how to manage difficult situations and turn them into allies, managing strong emotions and still getting work done! Sharpness and openness have great meaning to me as I use each given opportunity as a lesson to grow and also help others. These times were of great value, as they helped to awaken in me the seeds of responsibility and joy.

My mission with Famba is to clear the blocks and let the creative energy flow freely in the body. The time we spend together is always blissful!

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to follow my passion for motion, exposing my body to dynamic movement, which led into starting my fitness journey.

It wasn’t easy. I faced challenges, had to learn new skills, meet new people, and navigate the gym and fitness world.

It took me an embarrassingly long time, five months, to get my first client as a personal trainer.


But the difficulties I faced were all worth it, it encouraged me to continue learning and developing, aiding in providing my clients with a top notch service.


Now, I’m happy and fulfilled, doing what I love, Helping many clients through their individual fitness journeys.
I live to bring excitement to fitness with calisthenics.

When I stepped away from competitive tennis, I discovered my true passion for calisthenics. I found a vibrant community that’s all about learning, sharing, and growing together.

This journey has brought me closer to my mind and body than ever before.
After five years of dedicated practice, it felt like a natural step to start guiding others on their paths to physical and mental strength. My goal is to help you enjoy the process, connect with yourself, and build a stronger, healthier version of you. Let’s get moving together!
